2023 NCSO Equity & Inclusion Scholarship

Scholarships are provided by the Science Olympiad Equitable Inclusion Program, a Burroughs Wellcome Foundation grant initiative, designed to increase rural and rookie participation in North Carolina Science Olympiad.

Eligible counties include: Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Pasquotank, Perquimans, and Watauga.

Each eligible team will receive the following:
✅ Scholarship to the hybrid NCSO Coaches Conference
✅ Scholarship to cover Regional Tournament Registration
✅ Scholarship to attend the 2023 State Tournament (if your team qualifies at your Regional Tournament)

The application period is open from August 1st - September 18, 2023. Decisions will be announced on Sept. 25th.
