The form is being used for the registration of the MBA Rockies trip to Jasper on September 2nd - 4th, 2023 (departure on morning of Sept 2nd, return on the evening of Sept 4th).

Brief Itinerary: Stay at Hinton, Maligne Canyon, Jasper National Park, Jasper town.

The cost includes round trip transportation by coach, 2 nights hotel stay, breakfast, and 1 group dinner on Saturday.

Please specify who you would like to a share a room with, otherwise you will be placed in a room with someone that your organizer chooses for you. (Each room has 2 beds) We have a limited number of single occupancy spots available, if you are wishing to upgrade and have a room to yourself, please indicate so below.

Notes:

This trip is only for MBA students registered with the School of Business, University of Alberta.

Your seat for the trip will be reserved ONLY WHEN you accomplished the payment (payment methods mentioned below). This form is meant to collect information ONLY.

*The first 50 people to pay Backside will reserve the spots.
