Equipment: The first 10 people to register will receive a free yoga mat. Everyone else should bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Instructor: Cassandra Salahuddin is an accomplished RYT 200 Yoga Instructor focusing on flow, slow gentle movements. She is on a mission to help teach and share the power of Yoga with others as a pathway to deeper self-discovery, healing, and personal power. Cassandra is both a U.S. Army Veteran and Plant-Based Chef and was introduced to Yoga more than 30 years ago while studying Martial Arts. 

She has been practicing Yoga for more than two decades and has been teaching Yoga in the Cleveland area for three years.

It is Cassandra's desire and honor to help others experience this for themselves too.

We will have a Vietnam Veteran Commemoration on 5/20/23 at 12pm at Rid-All Urban Farm. More details in link. Feel Free to disseminate. Deadline for commemoration is 5/10/23.
