Registration Form for Camp - be sure to "submit" this form at the end (page 3) and look for an email from google forms to confirm submission went through (thanks!)!
Camp Information:
EI Camp is intended to be a fun, low-pressure environment to support the development of your relationship with your horse and to provide a space to build relationships with other horse lovers!

Spring Camp 2024 activities are scheduled Friday, April 26 at 8am through Sunday April 28 at noon.

Most people arrive Thursday afternoon and enjoy a hosted informal trail ride with other camp participants around 4:30 pm and a welcome gathering at 6 pm.

Our core instructor group (all returning again):
  • Chris Jonason (working equitation and trail obstacles)
  • Asia Thayer (jumping- stadium and cross country)
  • Liz Tukey (private dressage lessons)
  • Debbie Dewitt (primarily group dressage activities including cavaletti, prix caprilli, and pas de deux).
How Camp Works: You participate in four instructional activities over the three days. In this registration, you will tell us your choice for activities. In past camps, we have been able to place you in your top choices 95+% of the time! You will have an opportunity to add a comment if you have special requests or needs and we will do our best to make it work!
Additionally, once camp is underway, we keep a large board with activities and participants have the opportunity to trade/cancel/add as the schedule permits. We coordinate this in the hospitality pavilion.

Camp Fee due at time of registration to hold your spot (covers camp activities & instruction):
Refund policy: Camp is restricted to 50 participants maximum. We do everything we can to keep group instructional activities 4 or less per group. The administration of camp is run completely by volunteers. Camp costs cover facility fees and instructor fees. We have to pay these fees even if people cancel. Therefore our policies are:
  • Prior to March 29th - full refund minus $50 administration fee
  • March 29th or later -  no refund unless we have a wait list and are able to fill your spot off the wait list.
