The Special Events Director is responsible for planning and coordinating special sporting events, fundraisers, community volunteer work, Mx Congeniality taking place during all seasons, coordinating affinity mixers & helping support events at our sponsor venues.

The term of the Special Events Director is one (1) fiscal year with an optional one (1) additional term added by a unanimous vote of the Senior Leadership members for a total of two (2) years of service.

The position is open until full.

If selected for this position, you will be expected to attend Board Meetings and attend most season events. Board Meetings are generally held 2-3 times per month in addition to any committee work. Do you agree to this time commitment and understand that consistent absences may result in your removal from the Leadership Board before your term is up? *
If selected for this position, do you agree that you will forfeit your ability to serve in a Captain role for any sport league or tournament during your tenure on the Leadership Board? *
Do you agree to attend a Zoom interview with the Leadership Board on Tuesday, April 26? We will contact you closer to this date to set up an interview date. *
