2024 Mentoring Day Teacher & Paraprofessional Registration Form

Mentoring Day is on March 11, 2024 at Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College. Student check in will start promptly at 8:45 and students will head into the gymnasium for the keynote speaker at 9:30 -10:30 and then proceed into their breakout sessions, ending the day with lunch between 1-2.

Please register on this form if you are planning on attending Mentoring Day with your students.

There will be a pizza lunch available for you and your students. Please indicate below if you will be eating pizza.

Behavior management/supervision during the Keynote speech
