Mindfulness Based Yoga & MBSR (Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)

We would like to host a mindfulness based yoga for individuals with diverse abilities.  Our sessions will serve to help navigate the stressors of life by providing a safe space to practice mindfulness while stimulating blood flow with movement and stretching.  The outcomes of which typically bring reduced stress levels and added mental clarity.  Our instructor, Kyoko Henson is 300 RYT certified by Yoga Alliance and MBSR certified through the University of Massachusetts medical center, and brings wonderful expertise to the program.  

We are gauging interest to see how many would be interested in participating, and also, what times slot would be most popular.  No experience is necessary and we welcome people with all abilities.

Sessions will be approximately 45 min- 60 min and will practice on breathing and mindfulness.  Kyoko will lead participants on a journey through the 8 limbs of yoga, that extend beyond the physical.
