Anything not listed above is not guaranteed that I will draw, just simply up for discussion.

(The following are prices for clean-line, full color, full shaded, one-character artwork)

-Full-body = 100 USD
-Half-body (Top of Pelvis area and up) = 60 USD
-Chibi = 30 USD
-Transparent background / Single-color background is included (default)
-Simple background = 10 USD
-Complicated background = Something to discuss (cost will vary heavily depending on discussion)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-Up to two additional characters per commission can be added, each at full price
-Extra charges may apply depending on the complexity of the request

1) Submit a completed Personal Commission Form.  I will do my best to respond as soon as possible that I at least received your submitted response.  Along with my response, I will also ask you send me your visual reference(s) at this time.

2) Discuss any further details necessary / clarify anything I will need to clarify from your response and visual reference(s).  It is at this point that I will decide if I will take on your request.

3) An invoice for the first 50% of the agreed upon price will be sent to you (default is through SQUARE unless you specifically request through Paypal)

4) After I receive payment for the first invoice, I will begin the sketch portion of your commission.

5) Once I finish the initial sketch, it will be sent to you (with a watermark) for revisions and approval.  Up to 3 revisions will be available for free at this step.  Any revisions past this threshold will be charged.  This sketch portion is currently expected to take up to a full business week though if it will take longer for any reason, I will let you know ASAP.

6) Once you have approved of the sketch, an invoice for the last 50% of the agreed upon price will be sent (once more, default is through SQUARE unless you specifically request through Paypal)

7) Once payment for the last 50% of the agreed upon price is received, the rest of the commission will be started.

8) The pending final artwork (with a watermark) will be sent for minor revisions and approval.  Up to 2 minor revisions (ie, color corrections and small touch-ups) will be available for free at this step.  Any minor revisions past this threshold as well as any major revisions at this step will be charged.  This portion is currently expected to take up to two full business weeks though if it will take longer for any reason, I will let you know ASAP.

9) Once the pending final artwork is approved, I will send you the final artwork without any watermark as well as any other files agreed upon to your provided contact.

-This form is for requesting commissions are for personal use only.  This means:
    -Commissions may not used in any way to gain any profit or commercial gain
    -Any additional rights and uses must be discussed with me and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission
    -Any additional rights and uses may come at an additional cost
    -If you wish to commission specifically for commercial use, please contact me specifically at chibirogg.business@gmail.com

-I (the artist) can publish any commission in my social platforms and portfolio unless the work is requested to be private

-Clients may commission a third party to alter the commissions (ie, for animating purposes) as long as credit for the original artwork is given
    -A modified copy of the original PSD for editing purposes is available upon request at no extra charge

-Payment will be through Square by default.  Paypal is available upon request.

-Work will not start until after payment is given at the specified steps in the Commission Process section

-All payments are final

-There would be no refunds unless I cancel the commission (for any reason on my side) at any phase

-As stated in the pricing section, extra charges may apply depending on the complexity of the request

-A visual reference is required.  The more references you have, the better it will be for me

-Commissions will be in my style only
