21CSLA Leadership Coaching (2024-2025)
Welcome! 21CSLA coaching is completely voluntary and designed for any district, site, or teacher leader who would like an experienced-aligned thought-partner focused on systems change that promotes equitable outcomes for all students. New and veteran leaders are all encouraged to apply.

21CSLA coaching is provided at no cost for Pk - 12 educators working in public and private schools.

 Eligibility for SCOE's 21CSLA Leadership Coaching:
  • Must work in one of the following counties: Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Sutter, Tuolumne, Yolo or Yuba.
  • Be a Central Office Administrator, Site Administrator (Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean, etc.), or Teacher Leader whose primary assignment works outside the classroom 50% of the time or more to support other teachers and/or school/district initiative.
Participation is limited to qualifying applicants and space available. Applicants will be notified this summer of acceptance status.
