At the Bobath Centre, we are here to work with health and social care services to support people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions. It has been a time of increased anxiety and worry for many, as the COVID-19 pandemic has had a big impact on people’s ability to access the support they need.

We want to hear from adults with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions about how COVID-19 has affected you and your family. Our aim is to use this information to drive service improvements and inform others, including politicians and policy makers, so that they take the needs and experiences of adults with CP into account.

We would be grateful if you would help us by taking this survey, which should take approximatly 10-15 minutes. Your answers will be entirely confidential and your name will not be collected.
