Join us for an exciting morning of outdoor rock climbing! Experience the thrill of scaling natural rock faces under the guidance of certified instructors.

This beginner-friendly session will cover essential climbing techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use. No prior experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm, comfortable athletic clothing, and water. We'll provide all climbing gear and plenty of encouragement.

Space is limited to ensure personalized instruction, so reserve your spot today! Meet at the Colorado Mountain Club at 9 AM for transportation to our nearby climbing site.

Although Outdoor Asian will take reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate support and security, certain risks cannot be eliminated without compromising the educational character of Outdoor Asian’s program. The same elements that contribute to this educational character can be causes of loss or damage to equipment, accidental injury or illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma, illness or death. In group teaching situations, it is impossible to prevent discomfort and even trauma in every circumstance, even though it is a top priority. I trust that my trip leader wants me to become a healthier person, but to facilitate or teach the kind of education intends, I agree to hold harmless any and all lawsuits, demands, claims, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation all claims for a monetary loss, property damage, personal injury, equitable relief, and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual, or other entity, or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local government body or agency, on the part of Outdoor Asian and Third Parties.

The lands and facilities that Outdoor Asian utilizes may be natural areas next to wilderness, and services can be few. Participants may be exposed to weather, venomous and wild animals, human intruders and all other hazards common to climbing. As anywhere, the services provided, including sanitary facilities, drinking water, kitchen and food services at Outdoor Asian’s programs are susceptible to contamination. Those who participate in Outdoor Asian’s programs and assist in venue maintenance, food preparation and clean-up do so in good faith but assume no responsibility for accidental or incidental illness or injury that may result. Fires, climbing equipment, sharp tools, hazardous plants, snow, water, vehicles and other hazards expose participants to risk. There are times when participants can range freely within designated boundaries, undertake solo activities, and work in wooded or alpine areas which have limited visual perspective.

Outdoor Asian offers services to make programs informative. However, I agree they are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses or losses that may come because of my participation. I understand that the description of risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated risks may result in loss, injury or death. I agree to assume responsibility for all risks, even those arising from the negligent acts or omissions of Outdoor Asian or/and Third Parties, or other risks not identified herein. My participation in Outdoor Asian’s activities is voluntary. By signing, I elect to participate despite the risks, listed or implied or not, and I waive all legal claims against Outdoor Asian and Third Parties. I assume full responsibility for all costs resulting from all losses and expenses thereof, whether resulting from evacuation, transport, treatment, future effect or otherwise. I have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this participation agreement, assumption of risk, and waiver of liability shall be effective and binding upon myself, all family members, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, estates, interested friends and partners.

I certify as the applicant named on this form, participants can fully participate in this activity, and that I have consulted with a medical professional concerning my participation in this program. I will assume full fiscal responsibility for any cost relating to any accident or injury that may occur while participating in Outdoor Asian’s programs. I hold all people associated with Outdoor Asian harmless for any loss, accident, injury or death that might occur, and I hereby agree to release and indemnify Outdoor Asian and Third Parties whatsoever, from any claims and/or damages arising out of my participation. Qualified instructors, guides, and other facilitators associated with Outdoor Asian may provide First Aid and CPR response to participants in case of injury or other health problems, including calling for professional medical assistance. I also understand that emergency medical response may not be readily available due to travel outside of 911 call areas. I agree not to have in my possession or take any alcohol, or controlled substances during my participation in this program.

I will not hold Outdoor Asian, Third Parties, nor any program participant responsible for articles or any personal belongings lost or damaged by any means (fire, theft, activities, laundry, etc.). I know that participants may be asked to leave at any time for inappropriate behavior. I also understand that people gathering as strangers in a common space bring with them their own politics, spirituality, and social behaviors, creating group dynamics that may be completely new. Outdoor Asian encourages participants to be exposed to a variety of appropriate backgrounds, value systems and acceptable behaviors. I agree that I will be respectful, tolerant and temperate in behaviors while participating in Outdoor Asian’s activities. I also understand that unpredictability of human nature can’t guarantee a lack of incidents on the part of other participants.

I and Outdoor Asian will use its best efforts to take all actions and to do all things necessary, proper, or advisable to consummate, make effective, and comply with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable municipal, county, state, federal, and international laws. I will also conduct myself with complete professionalism when in the company of other participants during all Outdoor Asian’s programs.

I and Outdoor Asian warrant that by signing this agreement it has the actual legal power, right, and authority to make this agreement binding. And no supplement, modification, or amendment to this agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by myself and Outdoor Asian. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
