Insurance:  I understand that although the Historic Metcalf-Franklin Farm Association and Town of Cumberland are sponsors of the program, it does not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with this camp which results from causes beyond the control of, and without the fault of negligence of the organizations.  For your security, it is recommended that you obtain your own insurance or determine whether your existing insurance will protect you and your belongings.

Release:  I release and waive, and further agree to indemnify the Historic Metcalf-Franklin Farm Association, it’s volunteers, the Town of Cumberland and the RI Food Bank, their agents and employees from and against any and all claims which I, any heir, guardian, executor, or assign may have for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of, during or in connection with participation in the camp or the rendering of any emergency medical procedure or treatments, and any related expenses, if any.
