SECTION 6 Permission to participate in off-site regular school activities
There are regular activities during the school year when students attend off-site school activities which are part of the normal school program, such as weekly Wednesday sport. There are also occasions when class activities move outside the classroom to areas in close proximity to the school. For example, we have taken children to the memorial in High Cross Park on Remembrance Day,  outside the school grounds to complete mathematical activities and the Primary children are sometimes taken to Coogee Beach for PE lessons or lunch times. In addition, children are taken off-site when practising emergency evacuation procedures. Whilst we may not seek permission from parents for such activities, they will only be undertaken with the permission of the Principal or his representative.

Further specific details will be provided in notes and the newsletter regarding the events and programs listed. Your separate permission will be mandatory for class excursions, camps and carnivals.
