Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist, Behaviour Change Communication Specialist
Pooja Shrestha is a Gender Specialist. She has been working in the development sector for 13 years. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. in gender studies. Presently she has been working as a vice president in the Hami Dajuvai organization which works for gender equality and engaging men and boys to end gender-based violence. She is also the youth steering member of Men Engage Alliance South Asia.

Counselling Psychologist, Mental Health Facilitator / Trainer
Susmita Bogati holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Tribhuwan University and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Kathmandu University. She is a Counseling Psychologist, Registered Nurse, and Psycho-Therapist. Susmita works with Jaya Mental Health and Happy Minds Health, providing psychosocial counselling, psychoeducation, and training. She also co-founded Crystal Counseling and Psychotherapy Training Center.
