To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be fulfilled per product:

  1. Guardians:

    • Within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • Prior to activating Guardians.

  2. Guardians Plus:

    • Within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • Before utilising the benefits of Guardians Plus.

Please note that NFTs are non-refundable.

Refunds may require up to 5 business days for processing.
