Summer Installment Payment Plan Request Form
This form should be used to request an Installment Payment Plan (IPP) for Summer at CSUMB. This is not your final IPP contract. You will receive an email from Student Account Receivables with instructions for your next steps after your request is approved.

IMPORTANT: This IPP request form may NOT be used for any Extended Education Degree Program (e.g. Nursing, CS, MIST, SICP, MBA, MSPA) or Teaching Credential Education and Leadership students. For information about payment options for these programs please contact your adviser or coordinator.

REMINDER: Payments will be divided in 2 or 3 depending on the session. A additional $33 IPP fee will be applied.
