21st Century AfterSchool Program for Q4, 2022-2023-- Kualapuu

This is the on-line application for 21st Century School enrollment for 4th Quarter, March 28 - May 15, 2023. Classes are Face to Face. First come first served. Complete 1 application per child. There is NO TRANSPORTATION offered, and parents must drop off and pick up children. A small snack is provided. Students must bring their own water bottle and snacks (if they want to eat more).

Note for Enrollment: For Molokai Arts Center, priority will be for students who have not been enrolled in Ceramics in previous semesters.

Special Note: Classes may be cancelled, discontinued, or combined with other classes if there is low enrollment or lack of attendance. Classes with a minimum of 10 enrollees will have priority starting. Also, classes may be canceled during the week because of teacher or staff meetings.

Beginning VIOLIN w/ Ms. Lauren Foster -- WED & THURS, 3-4pm, Open to grades K-5; 15 students max (In the beginner violin class, students will learn about the basic components of the instrument, the proper technique for holding the instrument and bow, and read/play music notation.)

Introduction to CHESS w/ Georgia Welch -- WED & THURS, 3-4pm, Open to all grades, K-6

American Sign Language w/ Ms. Margorien -- MON & WED, 3-4pm, Open to Grades 3-6

Football Fundamentals w/ Coach Haskins -- TUES & THURS, 3-4pm, Open to All Grades K-6 (Starts April 9th) Classes may be split in lower grades and upper grades in different days if there is a high enrollment.

Dance Fiesta w/ Coach Haskins -- MON & WED, 3-4PM, Open to All Grades K-6

East Coast Trip American History Study -- TUES & THURS, 3-4:30pm; Open to Grades 5-6th; Class ends on May 2nd (This is designed for students participating on the East Coast Trip, but any 5-6th grader may attend.)

WAIT LIST ONLY-- Ceramics with Molokai Arts Center -- TUESDAY, 3:00-4:30pm, (Open to students in Grades K-2; Students will walk to MAC with a Kualapuu Staff member. Parents must pick up child at MAC.)

Ceramics with Molokai Arts Center -- THURSDAY, 3:00-4:30pm, (Open to students in Grades 3-6; Students will walk to MAC with a Kualapuu Staff member. Parents must pick up child at MAC.)
