Application for a Place at Prudhoe West Academy Nursery (3 and 4 year olds)

Our Nursery operates in conjunction with our Shining Stars Kids’ Club offering childcare from 7.30am – 5.30pm term. The sessions between 7.30 and 8.30am and after 3pm incur a charge.

Nursery session times are as follows:

Morning session - 8.30am-11.30am
Morning with lunch* - 8.30am - 12noon
Afternoon session - 12noon -3pm
Afternoon with lunch* - 11.30am - 3pm
Full day with lunch* - 8.30am - 3pm

All children are entitled to 15 hours of education at Prudhoe West from the day of their 3rd birthday. Parents can apply to the government to have this extended to 30 hours if certain criteria are met.

*School dinners are chargeable, unless you are entitled to Free School Meals (which need to be applied for via Northumberland County Council, they will subsequently inform us of eligibility)
