Thank you for signing up to be your camp's BEDucator! This form registers your camp as starting the BEDucator Program and are taking the steps to be the Consent Ambassadors our playa needs. By registering, BED is able to support you through the BEDucator Program and deliver you some BED Swag before your camp meeting.
๐งก The Camp BEDucator takes the course concepts to camp leadership to craft your camp's unique Consent Policy, Consent Enforcement Process, and communicate it by giving your camp through a BED Talk.
๐ We offer mentorship with our BED Buddy system to help you work the BEDucator Program between May 1st and August 7th. A BED Buddy checks in with you to help you through the process and will ask for a BED Head's assistance if you are experiencing a complex issue. Request a BED Buddy in this form and we will assign one to you during this window.
๐ฉท For Burning Man, we will deliver your camp BED Buttons! You will be asked to update us at the end of the course through our
Think Pink BED Map Registration so we can put you on our BED Think Pink Map and bring your camp some swag! This is only at Black Rock City and regionals who have BED Department Leads.
Our journey doesn't end with Burning Man. B.E.D. operates throughout the year, and we're now focusing on creating a starter kit for Regionals. The regional kit is designed to train Gate & Greeters, Rangers, and Regional Contacts, and introduce the pivotal role of a BED Department Lead for sanctioned events. As we approach the burn, our aim is to further the message of Enthusiastic and Authentic Consent within the global Burning Man community.
