Vendors for New London Pride Festival will be located on boardwalk of Ocean Beach Park, 98 Neptune Avenue, New London, CT 06320.

Saturday, August 10th, 2024 (rain or shine)
Set-up between 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (no earlier than 9:00am)
Take-down at 6:00 p.m. or later (park is open until dusk)

Vendor sites are 10'x10'
There is no water or electricity hookups.
No outside food vendors are permitted. [Ocean Beach Park has café, lounge, bar, snack bar and ice cream stand.]

Vendors are responsible for removal of their own trash/garbage from booth site.
No tents, tables or chairs will be provided; however, volunteers will be available to help unload and load your supplies via hand truck.

There is a $35* parking fee to enter Ocean Beach Park. Pay at the gate upon arrival.

*parking fee subject to change for the 2024 season, fee is set by Ocean Beach

Proof of insurance is required by all vendors and organizations.
