Wakefield HS FFA Chapter Degree Application
The Chapter Degree is received after you have earned your Greenhand Degree.  You must have been enrolled in another Agricultural Education course and satisfactorily completed all of the requirements below. If you have done this, then you will be awarded your next pin, which is a silver Chapter Degree pin, in May at the End of Year Banquet.

Have you completed at least two semesters of Agricultural course work? *
Do you have a satisfactory SAE in operation? Give a BRIEF description of your SAE below. *
Have you earned and productively invested $150 OR worked at least 45 hours outside of class time in an SAE program? *
Have you effectively participated in a group discussion or class presentation? Write an explanation of the discussion’s topic and setting below. *
Have you demonstrated five procedures of parliamentary law.  Write a list of procedures and when you have used them.
If not, have you participated in FFA Activities outside of scheduled class time? Write a list of at least 3 chapter activities you've participated in.
Have you shown progress toward individual achievement in the FFA award program? Write an explanation of your individual achievement progress within our chapter. *
