Ripple Consulting Cohort Application
The Ripple Consulting Cohort is a six month virtual cohort designed for white people to grow in awareness of the internalization process that has resulted from systemic racism and oppression. Bimonthly sessions include teaching, large and small group discussions, and inter-faith experientials. All sessions will be virtual. Participants will be expected to engage in extensive reading and other assignments equivalent to a college course. Discussions may feel emotionally taxing as we delve into topics that create external and internal discomfort. Learning how to lean into this discomfort with a balance of self-care will be an essential practice of the cohort.
