Via this Google Form, you can report a violation of the Code of Conduct (CoC) for the Open Science Community Groningen (OSCG) anonymously.

You will report anonymously to Vera Heininga (v.e.heininga@rug.nl), Malvin Gattinger, and Maurits Masselink (m.masselink@umcg.nl). If the person you should report to is the target of the complaint, you may contact the event organizers and/or the confidential advisor(s) of the University of Groningen (Marjolein Renker; m.h.j.renker@rug.nl).

The target of the complaint will not be involved in handling or resolving the incident. Every code of conduct violation report will be treated with seriousness and care.
