Specifically could you nominate yourself or other queer men if you are atypical in age, race, ethnicity, education, income, neuro-divergency, ability/mobility, background, where you live, or that you identify as closeted, trans man, non-binary but often get treated like a queer man, pansexual, asexual, bi, or just curious about how you may fit into the intersection of queerness & maleness. Queer Work Mentorship Program & Education & Training Scholarship Team: Join the team of men who survey younger men on their career goals, needs for education & training scholarships, needs for mentorship or tutoring, and how to recruit mentors, tutors, & scholarship money to meet those needs.

Grant Researcher/Writer:  Q-MoB would like to submit grant applications that would directly help strengthen our intergenerational resources, including: to build: 1) a comprehensive, web-based Berkshire Regional LGBTQ+ Resource Directory, 2) a comprehensive Berkshire Regional LGBTQ+ web-based events calendar, 3) an intergenerational Rural Queer Work Mentorship Program and Education & Training Scholarship, 4) a Berkshire Queer History Mobile Pride Exhibit that would showcase successful queer leaders, artists, professionals, and ordinary queer people who have lived extraordinary lives in the Berkshires.

DIVERSITY TEAM CO-COORDINATOR: Serves on the Q-Mo'B Board of Directors & helps to recruit Diversity Team members to engage many kinds of queer men who are under-represented in Q-MoB activities & leadership, including BIPOC, LatinX, younger men, elder men, geographically remote men, neurodivergent men, men with different abilities, men with low income or less traditional educations, etc. Please also nominate any men who may want to serve on the Diversity Team as volunteers engaging with any men who may be left out.
