Thank you for your interest in the
BayCon 2024 Art Show.
The 2024 BayCon Art Show is a juried Art Show. This primarily means two things:
- If you have previously been a part of the Art Show, there is no guarantee that we will accept your application. Also, we may not be able to offer you as many panel(s) or table(s) as you have requested.
- You will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not, and any fees will be due will be communicated at that time.
The 2024 rate is $30 per panel space (4' x 4') or table space (3' x 4'). Full rules are available later in the application. Please read them fully and agree before submitting your application. ONLY complete applications will be considered for the Art Show.
EVENT DATES: 7/04/2024 - 7/07/2024.
ART SHOW HOURS: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Thursday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Friday/Saturday), 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Sunday). These hours are subject to change.
APPLICATION PERIOD: 12/15/2023 - 4/30/2024
