Before your event can be finalized your Faculty Advisor must send an email with his/her approval to Joan Vorrasi (vorrasi@law.edu) and Emily Sobieski (sobieskiee@law.edu). *
Event Logistics
Will you be serving food at your event? *
If you plan to provide food for your event you will need to contact Emily Sobieski (sobieskiee@law.edu) to go over catering options, budget, and logistics.
Will your event require AV? *
All AV requests should be submitted to Greg Stack (stack@law.edu) and David Luce (luce@law.edu). Please contact them as soon as your event is confirmed.
Please note:  No food, set up equipment, or audiovisual requests will be ordered based on this form.
