IO Not IQ is a newly formed guild created by the officer core of a 10/12M guild. We are looking to hit the ground running in Shadowlands and achieve CE each tier raiding 2 nights a week. Raiders are expected to play their class well and be serious during progression, but we also try and have fun in and out of raids.
