The Comms/Events Secretary will be in charge of scheduling social media takeovers, coordinating with the Student Body President/EVP for their Friday address, reaching out to Student Organizations, administrators, and relevant people to invite them to Town Halls, and sending Senate/Committee Recap information to Social Media Managers for content creation.
The Secretary should be able to conduct this work outside of Committee Meetings and independently, but will receive ample training from the EDoC in order to do so. The Secretary will be required to attend Communications and Events Committee Meetings on Thursdays from 5-6pm.
The Secretary should be able to commit at most 10 hours per week to the role.
