Please use this form to register for the ENVX Symposium events.  In order to allow for contact tracing, pre-registration is required for all events.  Space for in person events is limited.  Priority will be given to attendees who pre-register for events.  

 Attendance at in-person events will require proof of full Covid-19 vaccination.  Current LC students, staff, and faculty can show their LC ID cards or proof of vaccination.  Attendees without a current LC ID will be required to show proof of vaccination.  Documentation will be reviewed at the door for all attendees.
