UVS (United Veterans Services) Volunteer Form
Please use this form to sign up to volunteer at one or more of our upcoming UVS - Swing Club Golf Days at Moffett Field GC.  We thank you for taking the time to share your passion for golf and your care for our Veterans at these fun events.

Volunteer Expectations:
Come prepared with  a Great Attitude, Golf Clubs, Sunscreen and Water
You may be playing with a Veteran who have never played before - so be prepared to share the basics
You may be required to drive the golf cart and may have to assist a player with physical limitations
You may be working the Putting Green, so bending and walking may be required
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to program to check in with Tom for your assignment
