Read to a Dog at the Library with Fido and Friends, Thursday, June 8, 4-5:30 p.m., Children's Event Room
Children and teens ages 6 and older are invited to sharpen their reading skills during a visit from Fido and Friends Assisted Therapy Group teams in the Children's Event Room on the second floor of the library.

After an introduction, children will take turns being paired with dogs that they can read to one-on-one for 5-10 minutes.

Children younger than age 9 must be accompanied by an adult.

Books will be available for children to choose from for their reading session or they may bring a book from home to read.
