Vendor Contracts are due July 31, 2024.
Vendor promo materials are due July 31, 2024.
Remote Vendor mail-out final deadline date is August 18, 2024.
PROHIBITED VENDOR ITEMS:
Pirated, ‘bootleg’, unlicensed or illegal materials are not allowed.
Non J-fashion themed Fan-art is not allowed.
Any goods depicting art created using AI is strictly prohibited (Kei-Con reserves the right to ask for proof of original ownership for artwork).
For in-person applicants: Either you or your table assistant must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or otherwise legally allowed to work in Canada.
Since Kei-Con is a fashion focused event, priority consideration for vendor applications will be given to clothing vendors. Kei-Con reserves the right to curate a variety of vendors that will create an optimal attendee experience.
Vendors wishing to split a booth or table will be considered on a case by case basis providing both vendor parties submit applications, communicate the request to Kei Con staff and pending approval of the invividual applications.
