2024 Mint Festival Pageant Application

We will share a separate form to collect information about the candidate's involvement, interests, awards and hobbies. This form will be sent to candidates following the orientation meeting.

Contact Information
We ask for parent/guardian contact information for all candidates under 18 years old. If a candidate has a phone number and email address and they would like to receive pageant communication, there are additional spaces to provide that information below.

For candidates over 18 years old, you can choose to be the sole point of contact and leave parental fields blank if desired.

Candidates will need to submit a headshot photograph for use in the pageant program and candidate slideshow. 

Please email the headshot to mintfestivalpageant@gmail.com and include the candidate's name in the subject line.
Application Fee
An entry fee (formerly called Sponsor Fee) of $65 must be paid to the St. Johns Area Chamber with your application. Your entry fee may be sponsored by a local business, family, or paid by the applicant. 

Select the Entry Fee item from the list, type the candidate's name in the designated field, add to your cart and check out.

Pay by check
If you would prefer to pay via check, please make check out to "St. Johns Mint Festival" and deliver to the St. Johns Area Chamber drop box at 109 E State St, St Johns, MI 48879 in a sealed envelope labeled with "Mint Festival Pageant" the candidate's name.

Next Steps
After selecting the 'submit form' button below, you will see a confirmation screen thanking you for applying. If you do not see the confirmation screen, we did not receive your application. (Make sure you select 'submit form' and not 'clear form')

Once the application period closes in June, you will receive an email from the pageant committee (mintfestivalpageant@gmail.com) confirming your participation in the pageant, as well as orientation meeting details. If more than 10 applications are received in one category, names will be drawn at random and candidates will be notified following the application deadline.
