If you intend to register your child as a Kindergarten student for the 2022-2023 school year, please fill out this brief form. This form DOES NOT formally register your child. Rather, it provides district staff an opportunity to personally connect with you if you have questions or wish to share important information about your child. If you intend to register more than one child, kindly complete a separate form for each.

NOTE: A registration packet must be completed for each child registering for Kindergarten. Packets can be downloaded from our website at www.frsdk12.org (click the gold "Enroll Your Child" button) or a hard copy can be picked up at the Administrative offices now located at the main entry of the Newlonsburg Administrative Center.
