Dear League Team Captain,

We are excited for the upcoming 2023 Adult League season and want to thank you for your interest in captaining a league team at HRCA!

Registration will open on February 1, 2023, with priority given to returning teams at the same level of play as last year. These team spots will be filled by returning captains, and then applications for new 2023 teams will be considered. As a courtesy, if you are not planning on returning as a league Captain for the same team you had in 2022, please contact the Tennis Monitor Desk at 303-471-8996 and let them know you are relinquishing your spot. This will allow HRCA to accommodate a new team who has requested to play at HRCA.

The following are league regulations set forth by Highlands Ranch Community Association:

1. Only HRCA members in good standing can be league captains.

2. There will be QR Codes in the Pavilion for accessing the google form used when applying for a league, and

also for accessing League Calendars and Regulations.

3. No glass bottles or containers are allowed on premises.

4. Please be aware of Facility Closure hours at Northridge and Southridge when playing in an evening league.
5. No chalk is to be used for scorekeeping purposes on courts.
6. Restrooms and water are turned on at Southridge at the discretion of the Southridge Facility Supervisor.
7. Program guests playing in leagues need not pay the guest fee.
8. Teams must be 75% in level.

9. Captains are to adhere to the Minimum Roster Deadline set forth by Colorado Tennis Association in order to

have their teams added in the league schedule.

1) I understand that this application for a league team does not guarantee a team spot until available courts are assured by HRCA.

2) I understand that after a Tennis link Team Number has been issued, if a refund is requested and processed, a cancellation fee of 20 percent of the total team fee will be incurred.

3) I understand that once I am notified that my application has been approved, I have 7 days to make full payment.

4) I am in agreement with the league regulations set forth by the Highlands Ranch Community Association.
