This form was produced for students to fill out anonymously for two main reasons:

1) You have a suggestion that could lead to school improvement. 

2) You need sound advice from a neutral party!

Please use this form to submit a response to our new column for The Blue Blaze. Any responses recorded here are anonymous, as you are not required to submit your email to respond. The Blue Blaze newspaper staff will respond to your submission in the publication of the school newspaper. If you choose to send in a reply to this form, please make sure that it is appropriate, or we will not respond. Your participation could help someone going through the same situation, or your submission could help shed light on areas we can improve as a school!
