Dear participant,

If you are Lebanese and over 18, you are invited to participate in this study conducted by a group of academic researchers to assess the risk of opioid use disorder in the Lebanese population and its association with abnormalities in the biological clock and sleep patterns.
All the information gathered is anonymous and will be treated confidentially. Your participation in this study is voluntary.
If any risk of opioid use disorder has been identified, a free consultation will be offered by the psychiatry team at Hotel-Dieu de France Hospital.
Completing the questionnaire requires approximately 20 minutes and indicates your consent to participate.
