List each illustration you'd like to commission and include the following information for each entry: Type (Cover, Interior, Banner, PFP, etc.), Size (A4, A5, Letter, etc. & Full-Page, Half-Page, Quarter-Page, etc.), Black & White or Color, and a brief description of the piece. Also, please note if any illustration requires any custom title/text treatment. For example: "Cover, A5 Full-Page, Color, A forest scene at night where 3 characters cower in the center, pointing their flashlights into the woods where dozens of pairs of eyes are watching them. Custom title 'Camp Dead'" *
