【非商業】委託為不涉及任何利益與營收的用途，如個人用頭貼/背景。公開用於免費下載遊戲、對外販售等均屬【商業】用途。

​1. 我方提供的委託多以個人收藏為主，若牽涉到販售、公開使用、再製成影片或網站等作品之用途請在討論階段主動告知。
2. 委託價格皆為該品項的基本底價，根據您的設定、需求繁複程度會往上添加。
3. 委託討論階段會估算總價，並提供各個項目的流程細節。
4. 委託稿件皆為「非買斷」，版權歸我方所有，禁止將稿件私自修改加工或涉及金錢交易。版權歸我方所有，未明文約定規則請自行參見著作財產權之相關法規。
5. 若有我方認為不擅長之題材，可能拒絕接受委託。舒適圈：少女、少年、單人簡單構圖。
6. 委託 = 默認接受所有我方提出之規範，若違反規定我方有權取消稿件或提出權益被侵害之申訴。
7. 所有委託項目都會加上個人浮水印後公開於我個人社交網站，中途也有截圖途中公開的習慣，請確認您可以接受再行委託，或於委託時主動告知不希望公開。


│ 委託流程
1. 提供想委託的詳細內容，包括想要的品項、需要作畫的角色等，並提供方便參閱的圖文說明。不接純文字設定。此階段會討論委託內容。
2. 我方確定接受委託後，提供付款途徑予您付款。
3. 草稿討論，可修改2次，之後逐次因應修改程度加收費用。
4. 色稿確認，可修改2次，之後逐次因應修改程度加收費用。我方作畫習慣色偏（不依據色票），若有不易色之需求，請在此或之前階段提出。
5. 進入細化直到完稿，途中若有更改會發給您確認。完稿除了設定畫錯，其他修改均需加收費用。

仍處於討論階段，您仍未支付訂金。>經告知後取消委託單。
討論完畢，且您已經支付訂金。>減去匯款手續費後退款訂金給您，取消委託單。
討論完畢，您已經支付訂金，我方已經開始繪製草稿。>不退款訂金，取消委託單。
討論完畢，您已經支付訂金，我方已經開始繪製色稿。>不退款訂金，取消委託單。

│ Precautions
1. Before inquiring, please read the price list and instructions carefully, confirm that you understand the details and process of entrustment, and protect the rights and interests of both parties before entrusting.
2. [Non-commercial] The entrustment is for purposes that do not involve any profit or revenue, such as head stickers/backgrounds for personal use. Public use for free downloading games, external sales, etc. are all [commercial] purposes.
3. Most of the commissions we provide are for personal collections. If it involves sales, public use, remaking of works such as videos or websites, please take the initiative to inform us during the discussion stage.
4. The entrusted price is the basic price of the item, and it will be added upwards according to your settings and the complexity of the demand.
5. The total price will be estimated during the commissioning discussion stage, and the process details of each project will be provided.
6. All entrusted manuscripts are "non-buyout", and the copyright belongs to us. It is forbidden to modify and process the manuscripts without permission or involve money transactions. If there are no expressly agreed rules, please refer to the relevant laws and regulations on copyright property rights.
7. If there are subjects that we think we are not good at, we may refuse to accept the commission. Comfort zone: Girls, teenagers, and single-person simple composition.
8. Entrustment = default acceptance of all the specifications proposed by us. If the regulations are violated, we have the right to cancel the manuscript or file a complaint that the rights and interests have been violated.
9. All entrusted projects will be published on my personal social networking site with a personal watermark. There is also a habit of publishing screenshots during the process. Please confirm that you can accept further entrustments, or actively inform when entrusting that you do not want to be published.


│ Commissioning process
1. Provide & discuss
Provide detailed content that you want to entrust, including desired items, characters that need to be painted, etc., and provide easy-to-refer graphic descriptions. Do not accept plain text settings. This phase discusses the commissioned content.
2. Payment
After we confirm the acceptance of the entrustment, we will provide you with a payment method for payment.
3. Draft
Draft discussion can be revised up to 2 times, after which additional fees will be charged according to the degree of revision.
4. Color Draft
Before the color draft is confirmed, it can be revised twice, and then additional fees will be charged according to the degree of modification. We are used to color cast in painting (not based on color chips), if there is a demand for fixed color, please mention it at this stage or before.
5. Refinement & finish
Go into refinement until the draft is finished, if there is any change in the process, it will be sent to you for confirmation. In addition to setting and drawing mistakes, other revisions will require additional fees.




│ Cancel commission


1. Still under discussion and you still haven't paid your deposit. > Cancel the order after notification.
2. The discussion is over and you have paid the deposit. > After deducting the remittance fee, the deposit will be refunded to you, and the order will be cancelled.
3. After the discussion, you have paid the deposit, and we have started to draw a draft. > Non-refundable deposit, cancellation order.
4. After the discussion, you have paid the deposit, and we have started to draw the color draft. > Non-refundable deposit, cancellation order.
5. After the discussion, you have paid the deposit, and we have finished the manuscript. > Orders cannot be canceled.
