The Mansfield Women of Today (MWOT) have made special arrangements with Santa to visit Mansfield this year. Although his sleigh will not be ready for the journey just yet, he has a shiny red fire truck waiting for him! Santa is so excited to ride in style to your neighborhood!
Santa will arrive in a festively decorated fire truck. Each visit will be approximately 15 min. Visits will take place outside at the end of the host’s driveway/front yard. Photos are encouraged! Santa will deliver a gift to each participant (previously dropped off by parent/guardian). Cost is $25/child. Minimum group size is 8 children.
Signing up for a visit is simple:
1.
Talk to friends, family and neighbors to gather a group of at least 8 children (minimum required per stop).
2.
Select one person from your party to be the host and our main Point of Contact.
3.
Registration opens at 6 am on Friday, 11/3. Host will be responsible for submitting this form with the required information. Space is limited! First come, First served.
4.
Once we reach capacity, we will notify each party’s Point of Contact with your day and time slot (we anticipate this notification to happen by 11/10).
5.
Once you receive your day/time slot, you will have 48 hours to submit your party’s payment electronically

Once payment is received, you will receive an email from MWOT with a gift drop off form and information on drop-off time/location.

SPACE IS LIMITED! First come, First serve basis and registration will close when we exceed maximum registration.
REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VISIT! We are allowing registration to exceed capacity in order to create a Cancellation/Wait List. This will also allow us to gauge interest and see if we should try to add an additional day to the event.
