Program Details

I am enrolling in one or more dance programs with the Los Angeles Salsa and Bachata Dance Academy.

I understand that the program must be paid in advance and that payments are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable to other types of services or products.

Classes are planned to be held at one of the clean and safe studio locations in West LA as designated on the main website.

2024 Spring Schedule:

Bachata Level 1 + Styling - Sundays 2:05-3:50pm - 3/10/24 - 5/12/24 - 9 week series (no class 4/14) $360

​Salsa Level 1 + Styling - Sundays 4:05-5:50pm - 3/10/24 - 5/12/24 - 9 week series (no class 4/14) ​$360

​Salsa Level 2 + Styling - Tuesdays  8:05pm-9:50pm -​ 3/12/24 - 5/7/24 -  8 week series (no class 4/16) $320

​Bachata Level 2 + Styling  - Thursdays 8:05pm-9:50pm​ -​​​ 3/14/24 - 5/9/24 - 8 week series (no class 4/11) $320

The instructors reserve the right to edit class times and/or locations when extenuating circumstances exist.

Any student who is disruptive or "under the influence" will be permanently removed from the class. This is a safe space to learn and grow.

Missed classes cannot be made up. However, new material will be filmed at the end of each class, and practice sessions are held weekly on Saturdays, and out on the town several times each season to help students catch up and solidify the moves in their muscle memory.

Media Release

I consent to the photographing and video recording of myself and reproduction and/or use of these photographs and/or recordings in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for advertising, publicity, or other commercial purposes domestically and internationally in perpetuity. 

I hereby release Los Angeles Salsa and Bachata Dance Academy, Alexis Massey, and all other associated instructors or assistant instructors and any of their associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all financial claims and claims of every kind on account of such use.

Liability Release

I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance. Furthermore, I understand that students will be in close contact with one another and there are risks associated with contracting the Covid-19 virus. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Los Angeles Salsa and Bachata Dance Academy, its instructors, directors, assistant instructors, officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “LASBDA”). 

I hereby agree to release LASBDA and hold LASBDA harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in dance.

I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation.
