The DC Premier League is a premium, affiliated 11v11 league. It features ten 90 minutes matches, 3 USSF certified referees, and an elite level of competition.

The DCPL currently features three divisions in a promotion/relegation system.

We are the only high level league in the DC metro area which feature games played exclusively on fields in the District, fees which are inclusive of referee payment (no cash on fields) and seasons which are fully scheduled in advance. All matches are played on Sundays. Additionally, winners of the DCPL's top divisions are advanced to play in the qualifying round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

Prospective teams are expected to feature players who have played at a semi-professional, collegiate, or comparable amateur level of soccer. Divisional placement for new teams will be determined based on the answers provided on this form.

District Sports operates DCPL leagues at cost taking into account minimal overhead.
