If you would like to have your child(en) attend their sibling's 5th or 8th grade continuation ceremony after the clap out on 5/26 AND they will be returning to class immediately after the ceremony please complete the form below. If you have more than one sibling attending please complete the form for each child. You do not need to come to the K8 building to sign them out our pick them up; we will pull your child(ren) and have them meet you in the HS gym for the event. If you want to sign your child out for the day you will need to go to the K8 building after the event is over. Middle and High School students will not be able to be released because of finals. This is for elementary siblings only.
