Plymouth College of Art Bursary Scheme for Young Arts Activities for 9-18 year olds.          Application Form 2019/20
Young Arts at Plymouth College of Art provides creative activities for 9-18 year olds on Saturdays and during holidays.

Parents tell us that attending Young Arts activities increases children's confidence, improves social skills and broadens horizons. For young people who are less engaged, we have been told that attending Young Arts has improved their attendance and engagement.

In 2013, we opened a bursary scheme for Young Arts to help people who would not otherwise be able to afford to participate in these activities. We are delighted to be able to continue this in 2020/21. For all Saturday courses (including those held online) we offer full and part bursaries to cover course fees.

This year the deadline to apply for a bursary place for January start is 5 Jan 2021. To find out more about the courses we are running, please visit www.plymouthart.ac.uk/about-us/young-arts.
We may take further in year applications but it is likely that all available funds will be allocated at this point.
The form is submitted online and time stamped, it can be completed by a parent or guardian, or a representative from an organisation on behalf of the child. It will be assessed against other applicants and the most in need will be allocated funds first, in some cases you may be offered part a bursary and you should state if part payment would be possible for you.

If you have any questions, do please contact us and we will be happy to help youngarts@pca.ac.uk
