Hibiscus Foundation is pleased to announce that we shall be providing “Stress-Free Friday”, a Guided Imagery and a Relaxation sessions that help you in releasing your stress and getting acquainted with your inner self. This session is focused on ' Break the Silence Movement '.

Guided imagery is a therapeutic process that works with our imagination using phrases and words to evoke a sensory response that encourages the healing of mind, body and spirit. This is a safe process, and you are always in control of this. If you feel any pain or uncomfortable, you may choose to leave immediately.  

The Hibiscus Foundation for Social Welfare is a Not-for-profit and Non- partisan organization working in areas such as mental health, women and children empowerment, and universal health care.

Date and Time (India)  :       October 8th  2021 -  7.30 pm to 8.15 pm

Instructions
1. The sessions are open to all above the age of 14 years and request you to be in a quiet, private place to relax where you feel safe and comfortable. Allocate at least 25 minutes for this process.  Wear comfortable and loose clothing which does not restrict your body in any way.  Use of headphones may enhance the session.
2. Since the session is conducted online, participants with serious medical conditions like severe depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, asthma, and phobias are requested not to participate as this is a virtual session, including pregnant women as we may not be able to help you in case of an emergency.
3. Before the session you are requested not to eat any food that is filling and makes your feel heavy or bloated.
4. If you have any hardships, discomfort or pain, stop the process immediately and notify the same to the instructor.
5. Remember not to be doing any activity that requires your complete attention like driving or others, as this process may induce sleep and drowsiness.

5. The session will be designed to cater to the needs of the participants that will always include stress reduction followed by an additional component. Depending on the majority of the responses for the additional component they will be added.
