Faculty Centre - Room Booking Form
Please complete the following form for all MRFA Faculty Centre Room bookings.

Access and Hours:
The Faculty Centre is now open the following hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 7:30pm

Booking access and priority:
• Only MRFA members may submit booking requests
• Requests are subject to availability: priority is given to MRFA related bookings
• Any bookings with catering requests are subject to the acceptance of the Faculty Centre Coordinator and are considered tentative until a signed catering quote has been submitted to facultycentre@mrfa.net.
