This is the sign-up form for ministering as an Acolyte, Reader or Camera Operator for the October to December Weekday morning masses at St Charles Borromeo Church from Tuesday to Saturday when we return to face-to-face Masses.

We will do our best to make sure that everyone gets a chance to minister.

If you cannot make it to Mass on the day you are rostered on, please let the Parish Office know as soon as possible.
