Dugway Schools Transcript Requests
Please DO NOT DUPLICATE requests.  You will receive a receipt of your request and an email confirmation when your request has been fulfilled.  Please view these confirmations before you make another request.  Colleges/Universities have a 4-6 week processing period and have asked that we do not send duplicate transcripts, therefore we will NOT resend transcripts within 3 months from the date of the previous request.

Delivery *
We can mail or email your transcript directly to the College/University requested OR the student may pick up the transcript from the Registrar's office at the High School. We will notify you via email once your transcript has been mailed or is ready for pick up. Printed transcripts waiting for "Pick Up" will be held for 30 days and then be discarded. PICK UP NOTE: If the student is over the age of 18, FERPA laws prohibit the distribution of records to any person other than the student. Therefore ID will be required.
