Head Start Providers,
We are excited to continue the tradition of Colorado Head Start Day at the Rockies. This is a celebration of Head Start providers, children, and their families. We hope that you’ll join us for what is sure to be a beautiful day of baseball, celebration and family fun!
Here’s how the program works:
1. Early Childhood Programs
a.Promote this event to your families and staff with the materials provided. Use this flyer for families and staff.
b. Set a date for sign ups and $ collection before the due date. Be sure to give yourself enough time to follow up with folks in your program who may have signed up but forgot to pay.
c. When your ticket sales window has closed, submit your order for tickets by May 13 10 AM.
d. Have an exceptional staff or family member of a child enrolled in your program? Submit a nomination for All Star Caregiver (family member or guardian of a child) and/or Staff member (staff member must provide direct services to children and/or families) here https://forms.gle/mLNowhvzHsy4ad2R6 also by May 3 11:59pm.
2. CHSA
a. We will review your ticket and nomination forms and reach out with any questions between May 13th.
b. CHSA will purchase and the Rockies will mail tickets to participating programs between May 9-19th. CHSA board members will review All Star nominations the week of May 9th and contact winners directly sometime that week.
3. Game Day – May 26th
a. Bring your tickets and join us for what is sure to be a great day with lots of celebration! b. Pre-game ceremony honoring the All Stars 12:30pm.
c. Game time: 1:10pm. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR HARD COPY TICKET TO THE GAME.

Register here for your Head Start program's tickets to the CHSA Rockies fundraiser game on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 1:10pm. At the game, an All Star early childhood professional and a family member will be honored with a pre-game ceremony. Nominate an exceptional parent-figure of a young child (birth-5) or all star staff person through this link by May 2, 2024:

Participating programs will collect sign ups and ticket payment from interested attendees (staff and families) in their program. By 11:59pm May 13, programs must fill out this ticket order form indicating the number of tickets needed and best contact person. Only one order form per Head Start program, please.

Cost: $6 per ticket Upper level
Lower Level: $20
Parking pass: $17
Who: Head Start Staff, administrators, HS children and their families.
Programs will receive a PayPal invoice for payment after this form is complete. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. To avoid issues or errors, please be sure the contact info below is correct and associated with an active PayPal account.
Please note: Tickets cannot be resold for a profit. All purchases are final. No more than 20 tickets can be sold to any one individual. Ticket sales are limited to families with young children enrolled in a Head Start program and Head Start staff and their families.
