A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Naples, Florida. I am, to most people, a happy go lucky ray of freaking sunshine. I’ve been through some things. Hard things. I was molested in 3rd grade. Alcohol and addiction run rampant in my family. I’ve been married, and divorced, all twice before thirty. Thriving. All of that to say – those things shaped me. While there are a lot of fabulous things about me (naturally), there were toxic beliefs/behaviors that were controlling me… sabotaging me even. If I were going to become the best version of myself, I needed to heal. Turns out healing wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. And I would love the opportunity to share my story and how I make Sun Happen with you!
